Description:

The Taskforce is the governing body which finalized a written plan for the creation of a statewide system of integrated services, which includes a vision statement, description of Louisiana Integrated Treatment Services model and principles, description of training and technical accountability, the incorporation of integrated service delivery into personnel performance reviews of OAD and OMH regional staff and area staff.

Goals:

Direct the Co-occurring State Incentive Grant application and guide grant activities as outlined the LITS State Action Plan
Oversee all COSIG activities and system change efforts
Establish linkages with other agencies/systems
Raise professional standards and resolve licensure and credentialing conflicts
Integrate information management and program evaluation
